Donation Request Form

The National Museum of the Great Lakes is dedicated to fostering community relations and helping others to achieve their goals.  Requests for donations from non-profit, charitable organizations, schools/PTOs, benefits, etc. can be made by filling out the form below or by submitting a letter of request identifying the date and purpose of the event, a contact person with information and a physical address to which we can mail the donation. Email the letter to membership@nmgl.org or by mail to NMGL, 1701 Front St., Toledo, OH 43605, Attention: Donation Request. Requests will be limited to one request per calendar year per organization and must be received a minimum of two months prior to the event.

Come explore the history of the world's greatest natural resource—from canoes and schooners to early steamers and freighters—some of which ply the mighty Maumee River right next to the Museum.
